Today I go for my preop work up and sign papers. My surgery is Monday the 14. Wow I don't really know how I feel right now. I'm all over the place with my emotions.

ER tonight dr this week don't wait.

I won't say good luck. I'll just say go with God and may he bless your surgery and guide the surgeons hands.

My surgery is the 14 th of October. I know it when I miss my Cymbalta.

That's my main thing to worry about. Will we be able to take our meds. I take lyrica and Cymbalta

This is not the easy way out. That's why I'm not telling everyone btw it's not their business anyway. My day is October 14. I'm feeling kinda nervous but excited and not believing it's really finally gonna actually happen.

Hang in there. Try to start walking it will help and lots of water.

I'm set for October 14. I only have 1 day clear liquids. But I've lost over 20 pd #s since June so I'm ok. I gonna try not to have any food funerals, but I do have a Chinese restaurant that I want to go to and I probably wil after my preop on Tuesday. Then I go back to high protein low carbs and lots of water.

Thanks for this thread. I take Cymbalta and lyrica to so I have to see what my Dr says about my meds. Do you take the extended release Cymbalta ?

Oh and I'm 51
