  1. so I am really struggling I am around a lot of junk food... So i have start back eating chips and cookies.... I feel like I am always hungry... I just moved up to a half a cup how do i get out the cravings and not thinking about eating junk food this has been the hardest for me... its starting to stress me out cause I feel like I cant get my lil bit of weight off... how do people just eat there three meals and two snacks and be done... Please help me!!! I was so good at it but now that I am almost 8 months out and now I'm ready to eat but I still can't eat a lot... is that normal ... I am trying to get ahold of my dietitian to see what else can be done.. food is always on my mind...
  2. I wasn't even hungry or thinking about any food because of the pain.... I really didn't start eating until.. a month and a half out
  3. I love salads too with chicken or with chili Beans on top.....
  4. I havent had it sense jan i think i tried before my surgery i think i had a cold but i didnt drink it all... I do diet tea now i love it but i do miss my soda

  6. so friday was 6months sense i had my surgery.. I went for my 6month check up... well my doctor said i was losing weight to fast.. i thought i never would hear that.. so now i really got to watch what i eat but the crazy thing is that i have really have got off track and cant seem to get back on.. with eating right and working out... and the biggest thing is weighing my food!!...im telling you it hard to get back on track and i need some crazy help!! i wish i would had never started eating and trying new things... then so my side still hurts and they are making me do a ekg on my side so they can see whats wrong she is not for sure whats going on.. but i cant believe its 6months already and just seeing how much weight i have lost makes me feel and act like a new person and i love it!! Im in the hundrends and i thought i would never see that again... and i still havent told everyone but the people im close with that i had the surgery!! and im still not telling yet!!! but i just wanted to share my 6months story!!!
  7. I was scared to ask the surgeon about soda.. I was scared to see what she would say she does not play
  8. I went to go see my dietitian today and I asked her about this soda she told me know find other things that will satisfy me so I would not want soda.

  10. that is a good thought i never done light carbonated drinks.. so i guess if im about to die that is next thought!!
  11. you can buy the 15 cal minute maid at walmart they are good!!

  17. So i havent had soda sense jan and i had my surgery in march.. so its been about 7 months... But i feel like now im dieing for a soda but im not even going to go there .. I seen on line where it does something to your sleeve.. But has any body tried it but i do remember i to took a sip of it bc someone told me it was juice i throw up for a while just from a sip.. But im just wondering im tired of water Gatorade and juice...
