I'm scheduled for Feb 10th. Can't wait! I start the liquid diet next week Friday. I gave myself a head start today and tried liquids all day till now. Just to get into the swings of things. Keep us posted on how you all do on the liquids

Congratulations on starting your journey!! I just got my approval a couple of days ago,after waiting a few months. Thank God I reached this point. Just can't wait to start my new life being banded!!! I wish you lots of luck on this wonderful journey!! Just Pray for the BEST

I just got my approval as well!!! unsure when surgery will be but I can't wait to have this done. will be meeting with the surgeon next week Thursday to set up a date. Wishing you lots of luck

Hi! I'm really frustrated in getting the lapband. I had my consultation on May 3oth,2013 with the surgeon. I've been going to the nutritionist all this time since my insurance requires for six months observation. I had all the paper work sent in to the doctors office. two days later I called the office and was transferred to the voice mail and then emailed but to my surprise no answer. I'ts been six months and nothing is underway. I'm wondering if anyone else had this problem, or had this for as long as I am?
