  3. Weight loss compounded with the fact that I broke my tailbone last year, sitting is pretty uncomfortable at times:(
  4. mine says mushies for day of fill and next. I do mushies day of fill ad regular the next. No problems.
  5. Yep, there with you. Lost 86 lbs, gained 25 lbs from before holiday to recently. I've taken 8 of it back off now have to work on the rest. Sometimes I just get tired of being good. I don't want another fill as I don't li thee stuck episodes and believe there would be more. I just have to break away from the bad habits that I've managed to pick up. Face it, the band doesn't do this for us, its a tool. We have to get our heads in to it. I suggest setting a small goal and working toward it. I get discouraged if I try to take big steps.

  8. Give yourself a break and have something. Try to incorporate some sweets into your routine. Its a great time of year for fresh fruit. But as others said, there's yogurt (the whips) are great, pudding, popsicles, and plenty of other stuff.
  9. I've had band wit plication for 2 years without problem.
  10. This is truly inspiring. I'm 2 years out and hope to be writing the same thing someday
  11. I find it's more of a frame of mind. I slipped (rather easily) back into some old snacking habits and am now having to backtrack a little. I find that if I'm not careful I could undo everything the band helped me do. Don't get me wrong, I love what I've accomplished with the band; but it's a tool. Just a tool. I still love food. Now, with the help of the band, I have more control.
  12. Probably. I had to do 2 weeks of shares. Not near as hard as it sounds. Shakes

  14. Can you wait until the afternoon to take your pills. I'm tighter in the morning. I wake my band up with warm drinks in the a.m. Before taking my pills
  15. Way to go. Be careful opening the band, it could allow weight gain instead of maintenance
  16. I have days like that when I eat just to entertain myself. Try finding something to do. Also, how many fills have you had?
  17. Way to go. Feels good to hit these milestones
  18. Me too. Waay too good to myself the last 2 weeks. Haven't been motivated to exercise either. Starting fresh today. Junk and family gone, should be able to focus on me. I believed this was a lifestyle change and I still do, but old habits don't die hard.
  19. Lol, I've never seen food move so fast.
