I can eat corn. Bread is what gets me. Usually if I forget to go slow. Which I tend to do a lot. That's because of my happiness to eat. It's hard to undo decades unhealthy eating.

Just had my 1st fill on the 27th and feel just a slight change in the feeling from the band, but since it's only a couple of days not sure the restriction feeling is here to stay. Once again not a big change in my in appetite. I still graze to much, especially at night!
  3. I knew I haven't seen you in awhile. I was maintenance in my school district and I can appreciate how hectic start of school is.

Hope your healing will happens fast and you return refreshed! I have great respect for people like yourself and mis73. I feel that I'm in need of repeat lectures so please don't judge some of us harshly, after a lifetime of wrong headed food behavior a single slap to the brain is not enough for me. I think that some posts by veterans should be made into stickies and can become a reference material.
  5. Not sure if I want to know, but could you inform me about what sliming is? Read more pages of this thread and now know want sliming is!
