Did the insurance requirements with UHC for months started in January last visit june. Preop was only difficult on day 2 primarily due to the body adjusting. I started mine July 1 with hopes that the insurance would approve prior to my family vacation, so essentially I was approved and scheduled for 7-31 before we left. I continued prep on vacation which was not to difficult. I maintained eating more protein although I had no shakes. By this point for me it was mind over body. I lost 16lbs on preop
As of this posting I'm I. Day 1 of post and all went well thus far. Trying to maintain 2 wk liquids Popsicles and jello seem to keep me satisfied.
