I just thought it was so weird, because it is so loud I try to hold in, I was at church and I hadn't even eaten I let out the loudest growl and one of the ladies looked at me and said I sound like a lion, and then we both fell out laughing, I guess its just this new crazy thing my body does now..i don't know I thought I was the only one..
  15. I think it is so funny after I eat, a few minutes later I let out a long burp and every one around me just look like are you ok, it is so strange to me, I wonder why I do that now.
  16. Sorry to hear that, when I first got the surgery my husband was acting a little crazy, and as time went by and he saw how much healthier I was getting and how much energy I have, he begin to support me, sometimes some of the husband may feel a little insecure and feel because we loose weight we may attract someone else, I just had to reassure my husband we are on this journey together, that I love him and no matter how much weight I loose I am his wife and I am not going any where, he started changing for the better, so I want to encourage you it will get better, just give him time to adjust we have the surgery but our family sometimes need to adjust also....good luck sis

  23. Crayola to be honest my thighs where terrible and I went into panic mode, I was like omg nooooo but I have noticed since I have been going to the gym they look soooo much better I even where shorts now....Yayyyy the good thing about lap band is you loose the weight slowly so that gives your body time to firm up, but I promise working out helps the process so much I hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week, now I working on these bat wings my arms..lol it hasn't tighten up yet but I am going to keep doing the weights and see if they will help, but it takes a lot of work to get these bodies to look the way we want them to ...good luck on your journey
