Good grief is right!

I am getting banded aug 5th and was at my surgeons office today for final clearances. I was also informed that my fills are not covered u der insurance and will cost 155 per fill. Has anyone had to pay for fills? And if so is 155.00 normal?

Does anyone pay for fills?

I'm going to try and avoid those things from happening!

My clearances should all be final on July 31 appt. I'm so looking forward to move forward!, lol

Meeting with my surgeon on July 9th to go over all my test results. I too feel as if I am at a pre qualification appt every other day! But I'm ok with it, I know going in to this that my body can endure the surgery. I am excited and nervous like everyone else here, but I am not second guessing this decision any more. It is time, time for a change, time to regain my health. Aug 5 th can't come soon enough!

Why do feel that way? Has the band not worked as well as you had hoped? I am scheduled to be banded on aug 5th and feel unsure if the band will work for me. I would hate to go through it all and be unsuccessful. I've read some bankers have not lost any weight at all and that scares me

I'm sure that's normal with any new venture...keep the mindset of doing this to live a longer healthier active life! We can do this! We've made our decisions and now it's almost time to live it! I can't wait until mine on Aug 5th....hooray!
