Did anyone else have to self administer an enema before surgery? I am not sure I even know how to do this.

Holy cow. You can't just stop taking depression medication. You can have serious problems from that. I would just talk to your doctor but don't stop taking your pills cold turkey unless under the doctors advice

I am drinking four protein shakes a day and a lean cuisine with a chicken breast additional. I have to keep it under 1100 calories

Crap. My nut just told me I have to lose ten to twelve pounds before surgery but I have been on diet for a week and have only lost a couple pounds. I am gonna faint if they reschedule my surgery

One day I am down seven pounds and the next it is only two. What is up with this. Is my scale broken or me. It's frustrating when I am sticking to my diet. Scared they will reschedule me for not losing weight before surgery to shrink my liver Christy

I have been drinking the EAS advantage plus chocolate and it is pretty good. I have no problem with the taste. It is the prepared drink. Comes in a four pack Christy
