Lol Bradycone! Man thank God I don't either! Ok I ended up eating a lil more than a piece it was like half to total those pieces up! It's still ok. I noticed I'm not a sucker for Krispy kreme like before! I first thank God for that and second my sleeve! Omg I use to have the BIGGEST SWEET TOOTH EVER! Now it's died down but I won't lie three weeks ago my oh so supportive older brother brought home to me when they clearly know I had surgery for weight loss.... Brought home RIPS LICORICE OMG I GOT HOOKED! I said no but I won't lie than I got told just have one piece n that was it. It's fine we fall and get right back up! That's all. My friend is my motivation she had her surgery on dec 18 and now it's June 9 she weighs 150 she started at 225!!! I hope that will be me!- Im so bad im having some krispy kreme!
I had a piece of doughnut I'm so bad- I'm wishing I did the gastric bypass
I'm 101 days out which = 3 months and 10days。 CW:205.6 about 50lbs in 3 months and ten days out!!! Surgery weight:255lbs Current:205 I know it's good but I really wAnt to be at 135 lbs for the first time in my life!! I doubt it will happen with the sleeve!!! I do watch what I eat. I just think statistic wise, from what research I've done with the sleeve we only lose about 60% of excess weight. I'm also afraid of regaining weight! I really wish I had done the bypass!!! Long term on that shows people keeping it off!! Oh well I guess it's a mental thing, I'm sure if I try harder, and exercise and make a life style change I will be good My weight past few days has been going up one to two lbs.- Throst burning
You probably have Acid reflex.- Do you exercise post op?
Helllloooo everyone! Hope you and your new stomach are getting a long just well!! I'm curious when did you start exercising, post op??? I'm having the hardest time going into the gym!!! However I walk a lot!- Jealous people
I've noticed there are jealous people. My own friend that I thought was my best friend, was jealous of my weight loss. She threw at my face that I had the sleeve. The sleeve is not magic.. Takes just as much commitment n hard work !!!- Febraury 2013 sleevers
How much weight have you lost?? I had surgery on February 23rd weighing at 254lbs Current weight 210.2lbs- Challenge: 1st Day of Summer Weigh-In
My goal weight by June 21 Is to be under 200 lbs- Challenge: 1st Day of Summer Weigh-In
2/23-Surgery weight: 254 4/9-CW- 228 lbs Do you think that's good.- Jenny criag diet or optifast
I'm looking to speed my weight loss up. I had my surgery feb 23,2013 & I started at 253.8 & now I'm at 231.6 so I'm considering getting on Optifast diet or Jenny Craig or somethin. I've been in the 235 lb range for the past two and half weeks!!! I'm ready to get under 200lbs already!!!- 6 weeks out and im stalling
Two weeks no weight loss!! However total of 4 weeks I lost 18 lbs!!!! I just don't know what to do....- I love dried cranberries.
I wonder when and if I can have them. I don't have a problem eating anything.... But do you think it's ok. I would love some.- Rollercoasters theme park
