  7. Thnx so much. I'm actually seeing my nut on the 5th. I'm staying around 1100 to 1200 calories a day, 60 to 70 carbs a day and 60 to 80 Protein a day with at least 50 to 64 Oz of Fluid. We're truckers so exercising is tough, so I walk in the evenings at the truck stops, usually at least a mile. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using the BariatricPal App

  12. You have got to get in your protein. Even if you don't feel like eating you may need to eat more frequently with small protein-rich meals and Snacks.Exactly what I do, I can't eat allot in one setting, so I eat throughout the day. Like now I'm having for a late lunch..2 string cheese and 2 servings of deli rotisserie chicken breast. I may eat on it for an hour..but I'll finish it...good luck. 13. I saved my carbs today. I'm having 1 taco tonight. 1/4 Ground chicken, 2TBS refried Beans and TBS of shredded cheese and a shell..goodness this is really good. And still at only 44 carbs. dinner, walking my mile and shower then relaxing before getting up at 4 a.m. we're truckers..that time really stinks sometimes. 16. 48 Oz...wow that sounds really low. I was told even right out of surgery to try my best to get at least 64 Oz of Fluid in a day. And your Protein shakes..do not count towards your fluid intake. Good luck. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using the BariatricPal App

  20. Tami_lynn I did the same exact thing you did. I was about 4 weeks out and bought pizza for my god daughter and her brother, I thought, well I'll just eat the toppings..oh God..no, I was sick, couldn't hardly swallow. Threw up foamy gunk...it will be a very long time before I do that again, if ever...lesson learned. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using the BariatricPal App
  21. I felt really tired for about the first 2 to 3 weeks. I'm 2 months post op and feel great now..and normal. Short story..we're truckers and we stopped at our company yard the other day and parked over where all the trucks park...well, I had to use the potty, the drivers lounge is a pretty good clip from the truck parking..lol..I got to the lounge and text my hubby..I'm here, can you believe it, I'm not even out of breathe anymore! So yeah it does get better, just rest when you need to and walk when you can. Good luck dear. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using the BariatricPal App
  22. I took ya'll's advice and put a drink timer on my phone, cause I was getting all my Protein in but lacking in Fluid intake.
