Its19.84 pounds its 2.2 pounds to a kg I think I will use pounds from now on makes it look even more impressive :-) lol

I have my first fill on Friday thanks to you all I feel less nerves:-)

I went out for dinner with friends one who also has a band she ate till she was sick (she also tried to talk me out of getting my band ) I found it quite hard sitting there watching people stuff there faces . But I know it will get easier I'm only 4 weeks post surgery so I had soup

I'm 4 weeks post surgery today and 5kg down :-) a total of 9kg including the 4kg lost before surgery . First fill in 3 days .

Congrats on the bub . I did the lap band so I could do ivf as I was to heavy to undergo fertility treatment :-( I'm hoping to be a the right weight in 11 months

Good luck I felt fine after I woke up from my surgery on the 2/4/13 but felt like death the hole next week was totally worth it tho I lost 4kgs before surgery and 5kg since :-)

I had surgery on the 2/4/13 I found heat pack on my back worked wonders I was in pain for like 2 weeks found it hard to move around but walking around helped with the pain I found I didn't sleep much in the first week not so much the pain but not being able to get comfortable . Hope you heal fast :-)

I'm hearing you I was drinking at least 2 litres a day now I'm struggling to drink 1 litre I'm getting headache every day I'm drinking hydrayte every day to stop from getting dehydrated I'm 3.5 weeks out of surgery

Wow amazing there's you look great . Hope I have as much success as you :-)I'm going for my first fill in 5 days I'm a little scared does it hurt . Glad your doing well :-) may I ask how much you lost before your first fill if that is ok ?Took me two weeks to get over the pain slept in the arm chair in the lounge as I could not lay flat :-( wishing u a fast and healthy recovery :-)I had my band done on 2 April and have only lost 4 kgs in the first 2 weeks now nothing for a week and a half you are going great my first fill is on may 7 th :-)
