So had my orientation at Kaiser Fremont today! Scheduled my apt with surgeon, NUT, and coordinator on June 17 and psych on June 20!!!!!

I see so after surgery we can develope food intolerances. Crazy. Ok I love kale and spinach that's why I was curious thanks for the advice !

I've been reading some have horrible reactions to greens. What is it about the greens? What about blending them for green smoothies?

I did buy a vitamix and make green smoothies often. I just so look forward to my morning cup of joe

How many have experienced loose skin after? My fat is all over and I worry about my arms the most post sleeve! Did anyone not have hanging skin and did some of you have cosmetic surgery yet?

I think your post is spot on. I don't think a lot of people u set stand the harm that can do sleeve or not and some don't understand how digestion works etc. great post I love reading on these boards to Get me prepared!
