  1. I eat chicken, fish fruit and veggies but instead of snacking i have a protein shake or some natural raw almonds to help satisfy my hunger in between meals. I have had no problems eating or drinking which is fantastic, no stuck episodes or vomiting.
  2. Thank you for that, when i get hungry i try to just have a shake so i don't eat to much and that seems to help. I'm losing so that's a plus but can't wait until my hunger is satisfied for a longer period
  3. I go for my first fill in May 1st, I'm kind of nervous. I don't really have a lot of restriction, i basically restrict myself by eating very small portions like they say to do. Trying to train myself, is it normal to not have any restriction 3 weeks post op?
  4. LoL thank you all for these answers it has helped. I have only lost 3 pound since Surgery day which will be two weeks tomorrow. But i am down a total if 13 since the pre OP liquid diet so i guess that's good
  5. Ok yeah i noticed that little stinging sensation for the first time today under my right breast. Thank you for that information because i was like what is that, doesn't hurt just a little uncomfortable. I'm still tender in certain areas but not bad for two weeks post surgery.

  10. Ok good to know i don't have any of that so that is a good sign . I just had surgery on april 5th and i keep reading all kinds of horror stories so it made me nervous. I go for my first fill May 1st and am a little nervous because i hear some people have a tilted port or it is backwards, one the dr couldn't get the needle in. Kinda scary, how long have you been bandef and have you had any issues

  14. I know the mushy stage for me has been great, feeling better and better everyday ready for solid foods lol. So far no complications at all, i go for my first fill May 1st a little nervous lol but ready for this new chapter in my life. Good luck
  15. How did he know that it was flipped, did you go in for a fill? I just had surgery on the 5th so hearing this really concerns me.

  19. I'm on day 3 and still feel really bloated and still in some pain. Anyone know how long this will last. I still cannot lay down in my bed, i guess I'm scared i will pull something when trying to get out of bed. Any suggestions
