I always get writers block when I have to write anything about myself but...I live alone and have three beautiful married daughters and five grandchildren who I love to spoil. I guess what has brought me to this point is I have severe arthritis in the back,hip and knees and am to the point of having to walk with a walker, so therefore I MUST DO THIS. Like alot of others, I have tried every diet on the market with no success. I am on day 4 of drinking the shakes and counting the days to my surgery. I have been so impressed with the Surgical Weight Loss Centre in Mississauga. They are so nice. I am scared and nervous about this new adventure but am hopeful I will become a healthier new person.
