  1. I had my surgery in 2005 but I have been on a "band vacation" for 2 years. In case you dont know what that means, it is when they completely loosen your band so that you stomach can heal and get a rest. I had my first fill in 2 years on March 5 so I am counting that as my surgery date because I am starting over. I am going to follow every rule this time. I did not follow all the rules the first time and that is why i was not successful. I would break some of the rules and think "this wont make that big of a difference". But this time is going to be different. I have a 2 year old daughter. She wants to go outside all the time and I am too lazy and out of shape to take her. All I want to do is sit on the couch. And that makes me sad..
