  1. You're not going to have a BM right away because of the anesthesia and pain killers. It is normal not to have a BM 2-3 days after surgery. What you're probably experiencing is gas trying to get out of your system. Just walk around and you will feel much better.
  2. I guess mine will be on the left since the last tender area in my abdomen. My surgeon did 4 incision during my procedure.
  3. Way to go Annie....it will get better. Hang in there.
  4. For my crushed pill, I add liquid stevia and it worked. Taste not so bad. I am 3 days post op and I stopped taking the pain meds after 1st day post op. I just had to deal with gas pain and gasx helps. Today I had protein shake for breakfast, isopure for snack, another protein shake for lunch, isopure for snack and cottage cheese for diner. I didn't know how good cottage cheese taste LOL. I am really surprise how full you get with a 4 oz serving. Goodluck everyone!!!!
  5. I had mine January 24, 2013. Goodluck everyone!!!
  6. Hello! Nice to see alot of people taking control over their health/life. I survived the High Protein Clear Liquids and I am starting the High Protein Full Liquids today. Any of you guys keep note of your calorie intake per day? Am I suppose to include the calories from the protein drink? I don't quite understand when they say dont add protein calories on my calorie count. Is getting 800 cal per day easy?
