Well today, day 4 I didn't have a headache. Praying I get some energy. I am on broth, water, crystal light and shakes. Anyone taking in something different?

Hi. My name is Aly and I am 55 years old and weigh 290 #. At 42 Iand 130 #, I got pregnant with twins and have been 290-300 ever since. I am due to have surgery in Tampa, Fl on 12/14. I am excited and I am doing this not only for my kids but for myself. I am tired of being the fattest person everywhere I go! I want quality of life and to be free from high blood pressure, back pain and many other ailments. I am looking forward to being a size 8 again!

Hi, My name is Aly and I Live in central Florida. I have the same surgery date as you, but in Tampa, FL with Dr. Lee Grossbard. I am wondering how you are doing on your pre-op liquids and what are you drinking? I weighed in at 290 lbs. before starting the liquids, have you lost any weight on liquids? I would like to correspond with you as sort of a buddy if it's ok with you!

My surgery is 12/14, but I am having a hard time with liquids. This is my 2nd day and I have headaches> Any suggestions?
