Fat Burners Ok To Take?
Hey everybody I hope you all are well. I am pre-op but I was wondering if you veterans can answer this question for me. Can you take Fat Burners Post-Op to go along with your exercise regiment? I will not see my Dr. for another 2 weeks and I am very impatient. lol. I appreciate it.

Mental Preparation Begins Now.
Years upon years, Diet after Diet I always start off right. I eat the right foods, I exercise, and then after months I hit a wall and lose control. I noticed I prepared my body to lose weight but not my mind. My procedure will be sometime in january 2013 but I have started the portion controls. I know it will be tough but I know I can do it this time. I have no choice I might as well get used to eating less now. One thing i hate is vomitting. I will program myself that I already have the procedure so when it does happen it is not a shock to me.

I had to wait less than a month after I turned in all the needed paperwork. It was worth the wait and caught me by surprise when I heard that voicemail.
