  4. Are you exercising? I walk a track at the high school. I think it is faster, than street walking. HA! "street walking"!!! You know what I mean. Also, I crank up the tunes when no one is home and dance in my kitchen. My doc said if you don't exercise daily, it will be a struggle. Hope this helps. You can do it.

  10. Halloween will be a new and special holiday for you now. You doc will weigh you most likely b4 surgery, and if it was a prob, you'll be told. But my guess is you will be fine and that 2.5 will be just a memory by 11/1!! Oh I am so jealous. I was scheduled for 10/30, but insurance is holding up wanting a certain certification from the hospital. Now I'm hoping for November. So I can relate, trying to stay on tge preop diet for a loooong time.
