[font=arial]Hi everyone, This is my first day as a member of lapband talk and I am looking forward to learning from alot of you as well as helping some of you with my own experience. My surgery was on Sept. 12, 2012. I had outpatient surgery. My start weight was 230 lbs and today I'm at 211 lbs. My goal weight is 150 lbs. So far I have not had any problems, I feel good, I had my first fill this past wednesday. Tomorrow I will start regular food so we'll see how it goes. I have a positive attitude and I'm glad I found :D[/font][font=arial] you all![/font]
