  1. I think it's probably your Iron. You should ask your dr about your iron levels. After surgery my dr told me I was anemic and I have to take iron supplements now. I feel so much better. We try to get the proper nutrients but with not being able to eat so much it can be difficult to get enough for our bodies. Keep trying and just talk to your dr about iron. I hope things get better for you. Your bodies still adjusting.
  2. Yes I said to myself you hadn't been able to lose the weight by yourself thus far. So it's time to get really serious and use this tool being offered to me. I'm ready to change my life. My way of thinking about food, my relationship with food!! Those are my realities. We were all scared but I'm more scared of staying fat for the rest of my life. We all know that fat is only suffocating your organs. That was no way to continue my life. I had no major health problems but I don't want any either. Your gallbladder is a health problem for you. I went on Youtube and looked at every video and any other web page to make up my mind. I don't regret it after surgery I have lost pre, post total weight loss 23lbs in the last 14days !! This is one time I'm happy to be a LOSER!!! Lol!!! Ask us any question you are curious about it may help ease your fears. Take Care and continue to do your research. Jenipher
  3. Hello CaliAmber, I had my surgery on 10/8/12. I was feeling like that the day I went in for my first post op appointment. I just took some pain medicine and the next day it went away. It could be that your doing to much to soon. Or it could be gas it is in different parts of your body. So take it easy and get some one to pat you in the places your having pain. Like you would burp a baby lol! It sounds funny but it worked for me. The Protein and Water will get better, variety is the key. If you need to talk just message me maybe we can be each others sleeve support. Take care Jenipher!!
