I just feel i don't want or need to explain myself to every person who asks.... It's personal, i don't go around asking ppl about their pap or colonoscopy.... I worked with someone who had bypass, i didn't know she had it so when i seen her again, i didn't ask "how" i told her how great she looked.... Other ppl told me later that day. I'm sure she appreciated it.... Js....

I too have chosen to only tell no one about it. My husband is the only one & is very supportive. Imma tell em I'm smoking crack & laugh it off, lol. I think it's insensitive to poke & probe & pass judgment.... Anyway, good luck to all & i promise i won't tell :-)

It's actually going pretty fast but for some reason this approval waiting game is driving me nuts, it's actually causing me to have no appetite, maybe they should take long, lol.... Thanks for the encouragement :-)

I too am using Dr Sebastian Hooman & didn't pay any program fee an met with him during the seminar.... The staff is great with me & even helped me when my insurance didn't have him in network. I didn't know if they didn't cover it, i could request a out of network Dr if my insurance couldn't find me one within 50 miles. With my insurance I have to pay 300 for my surgery unless i have to be hospitalized then it'll be 600.... Now I'm just waiting for approval, it's been 3 days since i finished with the insurance requirements.... Keeping my fingers crossed :-)

Good luck on your journey, u can look it up on your comp or even go to the library & check if they have the book. I tried that diet b4 & that's where i found it.... Good luck :-)

Mine was yesterday & i was honest about everything. Eating habits, abuse & that i understood this is a tool to help me on my journey. She thanked me for my honesty & was pleased to know that if i needed help that i have no problem seeking it.... I felt if it's meant for me i would do fine. These evaluations are done for a reason....

I'm headed to wal mart & gonna try what they have. The great thing about getting them from there is their return policy.... If i don't like it, i can return it with my receipt....

Hi everyone I just had my appt with the nutritionist & said it would take 4-6 wks for insurance approval. My question to all is what kind of shakes & liquids that worked for u? I wanted to try a few before i start my pre/post diet. That way i can feel comfortable with what I'm drinking & have a comfortable hear start.... Thank u....

I'm a newbie & excited to have found this support system. I've been reading some threads & the encouragement is amazing. I don't feel so alone cuz the only support system i have is my husband.
