    You can do it!!! I have to wait 6 months until my surgery, but I am so nervous to do the liquid diet 2 weeks before. Just remember what you are working towards!! It will pay off in the long run! good luck!

    I just went to the doctor on Thursday and he told me I should start trying out some shakes to see which I like best. What has worked best for you? I'm looking at 6 months until my surgery but hopefully I can get it sooner!!!
