  4. Im 29years old and weigh212 lbs my bmi is 37 and I have high blood pressure, pre diabetic, insomnia, degenerative discs, I have already had to have back surgery due to a really bad herniated disc and I currently have another herniated disc but it isn't surgical yet. The herniated disc caused nerve damage to my foot resulting in foot drop which has caused me to put on 10 lbs in three months, and because of the foot drop excercising is very limited...I should have five years of documented obesity with my doctor. I have unitd health care and really hope they cover the surgery. Do you think I'm a good candidate?i really believe this would improve my way of life and maybe allow me to live a longer, fuller life...so if anyone has any guesses or opinions of wether I'll be covered and if I'm a good candidate????thanks. Jennifer
