I am preop....and my feet and hands swell way to often...does that change after surgery?????? (pls say yes)

You are so right, I can't seem to find a concrete answer...I think I am going to wear one as well. I am sure it won't make it any worst!

I wasn't sure where to ask this question so I thought I should start in the general discussion forum.. So since compression garments are heavily used when lipo suction (and other weightloss plastics) is/are done, would they help with our type of weight loss? I have been looking into some to wear during my "honeymoon" phase to hopefully help prevent or lessen sagging skin. Has anyone tried it?

I just asked someone this exact same question! My sister just had a tummy tuck in DR and her doc would not allow her to shower because of the water and her incisions. She was there for 3 weeks and had to "sponge bathe" and she used bottled water. Reading thru this forum, it doesn't seem the docs in Mexico mind it...
