I agree with the exercise. I had a hard time at first as I could not walk. So I did the stationary bike every day. Even when starting with only 10 minutes, I committed to doing it every day. I worked my way up to an hour to an hous and a half every day and I have been doing that for over a year now. It doesn't matter what you do, just do something. It makes all the difference in the world. I feel so guilty if I can't get it in now, especially if I go to the theater with the girls! My priorities have changed and I don't even think twice about it now.
You will get there, just find things you can do for now. Changing up your food will make a difference too. You need more protein, try a hard boiled egg with your breakfast and half the cream of wheat or I eat celery with peanut butter. My doctor says not to worry about it as long as I eat healthy, but I feel the extra protein really helps you to stay full, and it doesn't take much!
Congratulations on your success, the plateau will pass. I had three of them the first year.
