  1. I have been on a modified liquid diet for a week now my surgery is on Sept 10th I have to go all liquid in ten day for 2 weeks so I am trying to get a jump on it. So far its not to bad I do have soup in the evening but mostly shakes and a yogurt.during the day. I also have been exercising really hard to be in the best shape i can be in for the surgery. Can anyone tell me how long it will be before I can continue exercising after the surgery. The good thing is I have lost 45 pounds so far and should lose 10 more before surgery.
