I use the vanilla and add 1 tbsp sf banana creme pudding mix (the powder). Today I tried chocolate with 1/2 small banana and added the sf pudding mix (banana). It is very good. I have pistachio and cream cheese pudding mix I will be trying.

I was sleeved on 8/29 and 1 wk later I stalled for 2 wks. I hear its normal. Your body is readjusting. Did u take measurements that helped me realise listen to your body not the scale. I am 1 month out and 1 have lost a total of 12& 3/4 inches . Can u take your 2 yr old old in het stroller and start walking. Are you keeping a list of your food, protein, carbs and fluid intake. That helps. I use an app on my phone called myfitnesspal.. I told myself everyday when I was stalled for those 2 weeks THIS TO SHALL PASS.. good luck and keep me posted.- Exercising Before Surgery
