Just wanted to update you guys on my vsg......everything went good right now I have lots pf gas pain I'm try walk evry 2 hours or so.

I will get sleeved today in Mexico I'm waiting for the nurse to give me instructions on what will be happening today.

I made it safe to TJ Samuel picked me up from the border parking lot. Tomorrow is my day I'm not nervous yet but I'm sure that tomorrow my nerves will hit me. Thank you everyone for your support. My clear liquid days were not that bad I kept my goal in mind when cooking for my family then last night I baked a cake for my niece. I did not cheat on my clear liquid days. I will report back tomorrow as soon as I can.

I'm staring clear liquids today I get sleeved on Monday in TJ Mex w/ Dr. Garcia. Yestuday was my last day of work and will be be back to work in about 2 weeks

October sleevers for those one the first week best of luck. I will have all of you in my thoughts. I wish all of you a speedy recovery.

@Deb My diet started 2weeks prior to my vsg smaller portions low to no carbs. I have been trying to increase my water intake. 3day prior to surgery I will start liquid diet.

Hi Deb I'm only 9 days away from my vsg.

My BMI is 36% I don't have any health complications, my insurance does not approve my vsg. But even if it did my % to pay would have been about the same that I'm paying in Mexico $4,700

I'm in phoenix will be getting sleeved in mexico

She does care about you. My friend also mentioned to me about this old coworker of hers that died after a bypass wls. I told her that any surgery has complications and I know she also cares about me. I have only told like 6-8 people I think the vsg has me nervous enough that I would not like to be defending reasons for wanting the vsg.

I don't have too many pet peeves but one of them is "axe" instead of "ask"

I stocked up on baby foods for a few days after my vsg. I have heard alot of people do eat baby food

I know our wls journey will be better having a sleeve sister/brother. DebinAZ we have our vsg 2 weeks apart I'll keep you posted on my procedure
