  1. My while family knows. 2 people at work. Tomorrow is my first day back after 6 weeks. If they ask why I was out I'm going to say for medical reasons n if they ask if I had surgery I'm going to say female surgery n if they ask how I lost weight I'm going to say counting calories n walking n water. Bcuz yes, that part is true haha. It's none of their business.

  3. My pre sleeve weight was 276 in September! On day of surg I was 261. And today I'm 240! Hope tomorrow at my check up they say I'm lower than 240 lol I'm Gnna wear the lightest clothes I have lol

  5. It's 21 pounds since I was sleeved on 11/7. Does that sound good? lol
  6. Total since 11/2/12 I've lost 36 pounds. But since 11/7 I've only lost 21! :-( super bummed about it. Tomorrow is my post op follow up and I'm hoping to get the clearance to excercise. Has anyone experienced a stall once they went in soft foods? I'm totally bummed right now.
  7. I had vertigo like 7 years ago only. My doc gave me some excersizes to do to align the crystals. I'll message u the excersizes. It's better now, I only have the dizziness now when I turn my head left or lay down on my left side. I'll send u te info k.

  9. Ok here I am 3 weeks post op today! Down -33 pounds!
  10. In the morning I take 2 chewable flintstones. Then at lunch one chewable Kirkland sugar free chocolate calcium chews mnmm they taste like candy. They have vita D & K in them. Then I have another after dinner. So good. That's all I take.
  11. I bought Walmart brand fat free refried beans. Mmmm I put skim milk motzerella cheese on it n a dab of light sour cream. Supper good and this was when I was on purée stage. Doesn't make me gasy :-)
  12. Woohoo u look great!!! Make sure ur chicken is really moist n soft. I put mine in the crock pot
  13. I was prescribed protonix to prevent that the first 3o days after surgery.
  14. My dietician told me for this stage to just use the skim motzerella cheese. I bought some shredded and also string cheese.
  15. Thanks everyone for your feedback! Yes getting in all my fluids and protein each day! I just lost a pound so maybe it is best I only weigh myself every week haha :-)
  16. My weight loss has stayed still for a week :-( I was losing a pound a day when on just liquids. Who has experienced this? Is this normal?

  20. I'm on puréed for another week. I love steamed squash! Fat free refrained brand w skim mozerella cheese & a dab of light sour cream is delicious! Cottage cheese w fruit. I put my fruit in the blender. Smashed banana! Chicken salad, ur own super soft chicken or the one that comes in a can w a lil light mayo! Or soft scrambled egg w light mayo for a egg salad. Super good! My veggies I steam n just chew forever. I try to stay away from maybe but my dietician recommended it. :-)
