I'm at the same point as far as clear foods. This is really hard but I'm trying. Stay vigilant.

I everyone. This is an update for my progress. I just had my banding yesterday and I'm really sore. The Dr. Told me I had a hernia. He fixed it for me while he was in there. I am so glad I did this, now I just gotta get used to this new diet. I'm on a clear liquid diet for a few days. I'm in Jacksonville so if anyone is close by don't hesitate to hit me up. Thank you in advance for any advice any of the people reading this want to offer.

Thanks everyone. I'm about to go to the hospital and meet with the anasthesiaologist. I'm so excited I couldn't sleep last night.

Hello everyone, I am new here and I'm so glad I found this sight. My name is Ruffian and I am due to have the Lap band done this Friday.
