  1. Roxy, we've got this thing! Right?! Every day is a struggle, but you are definitely not alone. I also really appreciate all the responses.
  2. You are looking healthy and gorgeous!
  3. Ate like crap yesterday! I don't have any fluid in my band yet and I took full advantage yesterday. Today is a new day, but why did I do that!? Grrrrrr!
  4. YAY!!! So happy for you!
  5. I've had two nsv s in the last day. First, my underwear literally fell off my butt while I was walking. Awkward since I was in the parking lot at work, but nobody but me knew. LOL! Second, I put on yoga pants that I had previously outgrown and a fitted shirt. My six year old said, "Momma, you look different. You're smaller." We all know kids are honest! And ot, we survived a tornado today. Sacred us all to the core as we could see it and had to stop and go into a stranger's basement. Our poor babies are scarred. It was only 2.6 miles away.
  6. Fantastic job! You inspire me!
  7. Have had the Mirena for four years and haven't had any signs of a period for at least three years. Now I've lost 43 lbs and suddenly I am having a super light period. I know weight loss can effect your cycle and in the past it definitely has affected my cycle. I just was surprised that I would have this since I have Mirena. Thoughts?
  8. What is vibration exercise? I highly doubt that any exercise would cause that.
  9. Congrats! Great job!
  10. I don't remember anything until being back up in my room. It's all foggy. I hadn't even thought about it until now.
  11. Way to go! I can't wait to be there as well! I love inspiring stories like yours!
  12. Yes. I have it on my iPad. However, I'm pretty sure you can get it on your phone or just a computer too. It is so helpful.
  13. I am so sorry you are struggling hard right now. Don't give up what you want most for what you want most right now. Eye on the prize. Put today behind you. Forgive yourself. You are human, and it is ok to make mistakes. Get up, brush yourself off and embrace that tomorrow is a new day. ((hugs))
  14. My Fitness Pal would be tremendously helpful in figuring this out. Great job on all the exercising!
  15. Super job! Thank you for the inspiration.
  16. I have gained two pounds in the couple days! I am eating exactly what I'm supposed to. I'm exercising. I'm two weeks post op. I know I'm not supposed to worry too much about losing before my first fill, but seriously, I was losing steadily preop. I feel like if I was steadily losing preop, then I sure as heck shouldn't be gaining!! So bummed!
  17. That is so impressive! Congrats!
  18. How exciting! Congrats!
  19. Rock on! That is super! Congrats!
  20. That is phenomenal! Good luck with your unfill.
  21. I started buy looking at what a healthy bmi would be. Then, knowing that info, I chose 150 because that's what's on my driver's license and in a healthy range for me.
  22. I FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS! I'm starving, but heh it's worth it and only temporary. That's all.
