  1. You look so beautiful! Good job!
  2. SNORT! LOL!!! I would too!
  3. I would bet they will want it all out. Nipple rings could get in the way of resusitation paddles if they need to use them. Always better to be safe than sorry. Just my 2 cents
  4. Its great he is being supportive of you! Take advantage of his willingness to cook for awhile. You won't feel like it at first. Best wises to you and your family!
  5. I had a hiatal hernia repair with the lap band and even though I had belly pain and shoulder pain from the surgical gas I knew moving around is what makes u feel better. So I walked, VERY SLOWLY at first then increased the amount of time and the gas pain and pressure really did ease. Good luck I hope u feel better!
  6. Ibuprofin is an nsaid which means blood thinner. If u talk it pre or post op u can get bloodclots and those are dangerous. Stick with tylenol and it will b ok
  7. U will. Hips thighs and butt are like terrible house guests...the first to arrive and the last to go and u hate them the whole time they r there
  8. Thank you so much TMF for posting that! It I exactly hat I needed to hear!
  9. I've lost 87 pounds and while the size of my bra circumferance has gone down the cup size remains the same. I think its a bummer. I really wanted smaller breasts to reduce back neck shoulder pain. But I may need a surgical reduction.
  10. I was banded June 27th and had my 1st fill today! It went really well. For me the pre op diet was 10 days of clear liquids and protien shakes. It was a little tough at times but I made it through!
  11. I love my fitness pal. It really helps me track the protien intake! My username is wjlochrie1 feel fre to friend me!
  12. Josie! Thank you so much for your frank discussion and photos! I have curently lost 85 lb and am at the 60% weightloss goal. I have known for a long time I would need to have my "wings" clipped but was afraid of the cost! I think now I can use this remaining weight loss time to save for the brachioplasty! :-)
  13. Sometimes that is a settings issue. If u go to ur phone or pc settings selection u can adjust the brightness. I hope that helps. :-) wendy
