HELP! My message screen is faded and the "buttons" don't work. i.e FONT, BOLD, EMOTICONS, etc. The whole thing is faded so I can barely see it.

Sometimes that is a settings issue. If u go to ur phone or pc settings selection u can adjust the brightness. I hope that helps.

OK, I tried that, doesn't work. It comes up "normal" for a split second then fades away.

I can't quote, use smileys, use bold, underline, etc. My cursor won't move half the time. Can't use specific text's or colors. My computer is fine everywhere else but on LBT. And it was fine on LBT until a few weeks ago.

Yes. And to top that, in order to get my notifications, I have to leave the site and come back, then they open.

I think you must have changed your editing mode to plain-text. Please press this icon at the top-left of the editor window, it looks like a light-switch - and I've attached a picture of it next to the eraser icon.. It should re-enable all of your functionality.
