  2. SD 10/09/12 238 lbs consult DOS 223 CW 201 I have not exercised or watched what I eat since released to full foods. My New Years resolution is to exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for 45 min. I want to lose 20 lbs or more by Feb. 14 I have a surprise Vegas vacation for my hubby..
  3. U have lost an average of 5lbs a week that's pretty good... maybe up your fluid intake and protein. Don't worry it will start to come off.
  4. Mine was left and 4 incisions total
  5. 3 or 4 days felt great
  6. Ok maybe tmi but I was sleeved on the 9th and yet to have a bowel movement should I take something?
  7. Are you still having any pain on your largest incision where your stomach was removed? I am still having pains only on my left side and I yet have had a BM other than the pain on my left side I feel great.
  8. Ok so I'm 4 days out i was sleeved on the 9th I'm doing good other than the pain from my left side where my stomach was removed its a larger incision. every time I walk I feel like everything wants to fall down. I was wearing a binder but it made me break out and itch so bad that I have a rash all over my belly Does anyone know when this pain subsides a little? it's not awful just really uncomfortable and tires me out quicker I have to literally hold my hand there for pressure..
  9. I'm 3 days out and it's when I get out off bed that hurts so much.. Even walking hurts no regrets though
  10. Can anyone tell me when the pain on the left side subsides? It's my largest incision where the stomach is removed that the only complaint I have as far as pain is is considered...
