I am new to this site -- I have struggled with weight all my life. I have done the diets and lost the weight. Then-- the weight comes back and more!!

I have decided to start the journey of sleeve surgery. I have attended a seminar, consulted with the surgeon, started my nutrition counseling and begun the process of tests needed before surgery. My insurance requires me to do 6 months of nutritional counseling at my expense before they will approve the surgery. I already had my first session.

I am excited with this process and looking forward to feeling great! I am also not telling everyone about my decision as I don't want to hear all the quesions of why, why, why!!
