  12. No can't tolerate them especially soft tortilla shells/wraps - I thought they would be better than bread but they are worse. I think its a good thing. I do love crackers and cheese now.
  13. I did this several times when I was on liquids. I told myself it wasn't a good idea as I didn't want to start something that seemed like a disorder. It helped me a little during the 2 weeks on liquid diet though but I haven't done it since starting foods.
  14. Sleeved 8/27 Highest wt. June 261 lb. Day of surgery 253 lb. current wt 219 lb Best decision I ever made. It wasn't easy but definitely not anything near what I worried about. By the 3 rd week post op I was walking everyday. If you are preop don't be afraid. Read all our stories and take courage - you are starting a new life.
  15. Congratulations so happy for you!
  16. Congratulations. You are an inspiration!
  17. Its sad how quickly people get self righteous and nasty on this forum sometimes.
  18. If your going to Mexico I would recommend at least telling one person for your safety. In case you had a complication and needed support. It would be nice to have one person who could check in on you for TLC. Good luck

  22. Injury chocolate and vanilla. Is good. Try with cold skim milk and blend with 2 strawberries. I buy frozen berries and add to shake. The berries add a lot of flavor
