I find it so sad it's at that point but I'm glad that you aren't letting him get to you to where it messed with your progress. Keep doing what your doing and good luck! Johnathan

I had to add another one! DANCING! I'm so ready to be able to have the endurance and no cramps to be able to tear ur up! And the hot guys that dance with you is a huge +++ lol- Who Else Loved Going Out Clubbing/dancing
I used to love go go out and dance for hours on the weekends and I was damn good at it! I used to have guys dancing with me all the time! Well I stopped going because the more weight I gained the more it hurt and the more I would get Charlie horses while dancing and that doesn't feel good in your back! It really makes me sad that I don't go out anymore but 6 months from now I bet I will! Come on July 25th!!! I can't wait to lose enough to feel comfortable enough to get back out and have fun again! Who's with me??????- Just Got Surgery Date Of July 25Th!

Wanting something to use After surgery At the Vitamin Shoppe they have a couple powders I was thinking about trying for after surgery and wanted to see If anyone else had used them before. 1. Isopure Zero Carb, avail in vanilla, chocolate and Unflavored. These have 200 Calories for 2 scoops and 50 Grams of Protein which is pretty good! It is also Lactose free, sugar free. This is also completely pure whey protein and all impurities have been removed and dissolves extremely easy with a spoon and is clear (because its pure) when mixed with Water. 2. Whey to go- Vanilla bean Whet Protein powder 1 scoop has 70 calories, 16 grams protein, and 1 gram of carbs. Lactose free, 1 gram sugar. 3. EAS 100% Pure Whey Protein Vanilla It's completely pure and instantized like the Isopure Zero so it mixes well with just a spoon and no lumps. 1 scoop has 130 calories, 23 Grams of Protein and 3 grams of Carbs. Not lactose free and 1 gram of sugar. These are the 3 I am most interested in trying after reading but like I said, I wanted to hear from others and see if anyone has tried any of these, especially the first one. I also tried a sample pack of Visalus shakes and EWW! It did not dissolve well even using a whisk AND shaking! And they are super expensive to not dissolve well. I want something that will be easy to dissolve. Thanks! Johnathan- Cant Wait To See Ms Kitty Again!
LMAO! 2nd funniest post I've seen on here! That was absolutely classic!- Any other gay sleevers out there?

Mine is July 25th and I swear it seems like it will NEVER get here! I wish it was tomorrow, I am soooo ready! I'm not working much these days so I don't have a lot to pass my time with right now. So im just taking it one day at a time, impatiently LOL Luckily I only have the day before that I have to prep for surgery with magnesium citrate and clear liquids! Very easy compared to others. Good luck everyone! Johnathan- July Sleevers?
July 25th! SO EXCITED!!!- One Day Pre-Op On Magnesium Citrate
My surgeon only requires a one day pre-op of clear liquids and 2 bottles of Magnesium Citrate and of course nothing after midnight. Anyone else have this? I know they all are different but thought mine was very easy compared to others. Johnathan- Thought I Could Trust My Husband!
- Pain Meds
My nurse said my Dr would give me what my current pain meds were but I'm liquid form which would be oxycodone and methadone but I'm a little different than others because I'm already on Narcotics because of Chronic Pain. BUT she did tell me at first that they normally prescribe Liquid Hydrocodone for patients. Their is nothing wrong with taking pain meds for legitimate pain and after surgery you have legitimate pain so don't try to tough it out, If you need it, take it. But they do cause constipation, I can tell you this from YEARS of experience, unfortunately. Good luck! Johnathan- H Pylori
Yea I know bc mine was a blood test but she had said they didn't do a blood test or any test at all and I thought maybe they did an EGD and took a tissue sample but she said no to that too lol Johnathan- Anyone Else Have A Surgery Date In July? Excited And Terrified!
OOOH..Well, I hope not too bad! I'm hoping since I'm young and elastic(haha) that it'll come back pretty good but if not I'm fully prepared to have an abdominoplasty to get that skin GONE!Account
