Ok I've tried to make a few shakes using my unjury chocolote splender but they come out nasty.... Please give me some options on how to make a great shake..., for the last three days I've been going to jamba juice to buy a protein shake but I realized they have too much sugar for me.... Please share your shake methods and recipies

Wow I'm sooo happy!!The NUT says 4 weeks of Protein shakes but the doctors guide says week three soft foods Confused lolWhat are you all eating three weeks out? My guide tells me to drink 4 weeks of Protein shakes then soft foods starting 8/24 I might have to alter this a little lolIt will get better after day three.....
