I use sriracha quite often. Tastes great in egg drop soup or on baked wontons.- Cheeseburgers?

- I just cant do the protien shakes! Help!
There is one in this thread + an artical posted by another member that supports it. http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/64983-wonder-slim-products/- I just cant do the protien shakes! Help!
There is definitely some good & bad here. I'm glad to see that the protein used is whey protein isolate. However this is very high calorie. 360calories for 20g of protein. That equates to 1800 calories for 80g protein. This is something I would consider a "treat".- I just cant do the protien shakes! Help!
These are collagen based protein shots that I regularly go on rants about.- Cheeseburgers?
What I really don't understand is with the limited capacity we have, why would anybody go to McDonalds when FIVE GUYS exists??- A thread for people who dont argue, name call, dictate or generally just be nasty.

Lol. Nah, 80% of the problem came from people that are no longer here, the other 20% was from people responding to those people rather than just reporting them. Either way. It's all good now. I thought I had gotten seething changed to something before anyone saw it. Guess not.- Cheeseburgers?

- Eyesight changed immediately after surgery
I have to have an annual physical for my job. Just renewed it on 01/11/13. My eyesite is now 20/15 (better than 20/20). Also I was sleeved 7montgs ago.- Cheeseburgers?
Yes. We call those "food funerals". Mine was about a month long. I ate everything tgat sounded good, then I ate more of it.- The Sleeve and the DS...
DS is duodenal switch. It is a rerouting of the intestine. It makes the sleeve similar to an RNY. RESLEEVEING can be an option, it is rarely done, but is an option when it is determined a sleeve is inefective due to insufficient tissue removal during the initial procedure.- The Sleeve and the DS...
It would be a separate surgery, so it would be very close to full price. But it's not something I would even consider till I was a minimum 2 years post op. and even then, I would look into a resleeve first.- Shrimp
The texture of shrimp to me is closer to baked chicken than baked fish. It tends to be firmer & more fibrous. I won't go as far as to say you can't have it, but be ready to do a lot more chewing.- The crotch is always the first to go
Bahahahahaha. This kills me. Now I'm thinking about the friction created wearing corduroy. Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt Vrrt- Getting Protein is the best way to lose!
