  1. The only thing i would suggest about the food is switch up the flavors of everything you eat. Try diff flavored sf popsicles, yogurt minus the fruit, protein shakes, etc.
  2. Same here i was sleeved on may 17th too. There is just alot of tightness around my surgical sight. I take a dose of the pain meds they gave me with something to eat and then start walking and moving around. That way you aren't really feeling the pain. Hope that helps. (=
  3. I was sleeved may 17th and havent had my first post up visit yet, but i did lose 16pds pre-op. My booty is completely gone, so something must be going right. Good luck!
