Do you have a plan.....I've been faithfully using MyFitnessPal....it was suggested from a friend (sleevedandbeautiful).....it works I can see what she's eating and she can see what I'm eating and exercising...it holds me accountable...let me know if you're on MFP.

December 9, 2012.I have UHC. I had to have the six months weight management. I have been approved, but my plan only pays 50%.....My surgery is scheduled for Dec.9.My date is December 9, 2012...Not sure of the preop diet...I was told 1200 cal diet by a former patient.Yay!!!!....I'm lakobe00.Mine was declined, back to the drawing board.Keep up the progress...looking good!!I have UHC Choice Plus (Aramark)....they covered the six month....but only cover 50% for WLS.Im calling Dr. Cummins office in the morning, I have completed all.requirements from the insurance company. I've had lab work and all.my insurance company is paying 80%. I will owe River Oaks $3800.5'2, 234lbs, I havent set a date cant afford the hospital fees at River Oaks, they dont offer a payment plan at all. I was trying to have it done right before Thanksgiving, so I can take the rest of the year to recover.May I please have Dr. Cummin contact information, what hospital does she use...is there some reason you chose not to use Dr. CarrolI live in the Jackson area also. My surgeon is Dr. Carroll from Transformstion Clinic in Flowood. Im also checking with Dr. Bauder on the coast to see if my out of pocket expense will be less.Hi Mindy.....would you please share the info on the insurance you purchased that covers revision?has anyone tried United Medical, I was turned down by Care Credit. Im hoping United Medical will approve me.AMEN!!I have been using Nuva Ring for three years; I stopped around May so I wouldnt have the hormones in my system during surgery. I really love the ring and will resume using it a month after surgery.I just received my approval from UHC this past Monday...waiting on a sugeon consult and trying to come up with the $3800 out of pocket expense...But I'm still very excited,Yay!!! I'm excited for you.
