  4. I have heard some say they are hungry and some say they are not I pray I'm one of the "not" I need that little band to work from day one good luck I haven't been under 200 pounds since 2004 WHEN I get there I just might run through the street naked from delirium and joy so when you here about me on the national news you know I made ....LOL
  5. Sounds great I have Anthem BCBS I have paid $225 for consult( 1st appt) nothing for blood work then I had my EGD yesturday and had to pay $600.00 I have a health savings plan so as soon as I pay the money is back in my Acct. In 3 business days so I'm very lucky it hasn't affected my budget much and I only have $800 left to reach my total out of pocket expense and I still have the psych visit, nutritionist and surgeon office visit so my actual surgery might cost me nothing ....
  6. King-tasha you have support here sounds like your plate is pretty full all the more reason to get healthy you will have to rely on friends family & maybe some close nieghbors(swallow. Your pride & let them help) but reward them when you feel up too it maybe a meal or babysit for date night but this must be done sounds like you have some really special people that depend on you daily and they need you strong and ready to go the distance I know you can do this
  7. No this is a smart move one big hang up about working out is figuring out what to do to get results that is where personal trainers come in to play they direct you so you get result

  21. MsDuran I am so happy that your hubby is home safely and that is an occasion well worth celebrating. No guilt needed there you have to live this new lifestyle I can't imagine not being able to drink champagne at my sisters wedding or having a occasionally drink on date night with my hubby. I think as long as I'm drinking responsibly(which is the rules for EVERYONE) know my limits, don't drink and drive..etc. I am will do fine. I know this forum isn't for this but...Good luck to you and your husband and I thank you for all your daily sacrifices for my security.
  22. glad to hear you are better what was the price tag on that, if you don't mind me being nosey? I know I'm going to need one in the end
