  1. it sounds like you do have restriction (1 egg and 1 ounce of cheese), you don't necessary have to throw up to be restricted by the sleeve. I do think you should eat only 3 meals and do not stop and start eating. I agree you could be sabotaging your sleeve. you have to also avoid snacking. just stick to 3 meals, it sounds like your sleeve is letting you take the appropriate amount in, you just don't want to wait for it to empty and then take in more. that's how people gain back weight. 2. Actually I would be careful taking too many vitamins. you can overload you system on 4 vitamins ---A,D,E,K. These are fat soluble vitamins, so if you take too much, you do not pee them out like all the other vitamins. hypervitaminosis is a well know syndrome and you want to avoid this. so take the recommended amounts and try not to overdue it.
  3. I would be careful with different Vitamin formulations. not all have essential minerals. my nutritionist recommended Centrum (regular) or it's equivalent---like costco's regular multivitamin. but they are huge horse pills and if I can't keep them down then what's the use. btw, I took my daughter's gummy Vitamins my 1st week after surgery and they were great. tasted great! but unfortunately they don't have the vitamins/minerals I need.....
