Post Op Day 1 Fluid Pain
Apple juice went down much better than water for me and chicken broth. Try anything to make sure you get in fluids . But it gets much better everyday. I am 8 days post op! Welcome to the losers bench!!

7 Days Post Op - When Will I Ever Start Losing Weight?
My surgery was 7/31 and I did not see any weight loss until I got in 65grms of protein and my water!! It will come promise ! Remember your body is healing and it is holding on to whatever it can!

Lordy, 4Days Post-Op & My Tummy Is A Beast!
I couldn't get all my liquids in either! But the dr sad continue to sip. Once my stomach senates I could drink more. Today is post op day 6 and I took in 3 protein shakes and 10 ounces of water!! Every day gets better!

Cant Keep Water Down
I was sleeved on 7/31 and water is hard. The warmer the drink the better for me. I have been doing applie juice with no sugar added. And ic pops!!!

Pain Pump In Hospital?
I had surgery ontues. I had an in q pump that that pain meds go directly to my stomach . I also had a morphine pump. I was sore but not bad. the anesthesiologist also put a naseua patch behind my ear so I did not have any vomitting. All in all was a great experience !
