  2. I drank & still do EAS ADVANTAGE. It is the best. Propel Zero water in black cherry. You can eat soup, jello & jello pudding. Sugar-free yogurt. Everything has to be sugar-free. It is a whole new lifestyle. I hate but, I need healthy. I am praying for you. I have been where u are at. Be strong & you can do it. If you can find CLEMMY'S ice cream it is sugar-free & good. I am here for u.
  3. Pre-op. Sounds like you haven't had the surgrey as of yet. The week before surgrey I was on liquids all week. I even lost 7lbs. I had the band done on 4/16/2012 & had to follow very closely to the strict diet for the first month. Your Dr. should have given u a booklet on what to eat & when. I am the same age as you & I have lost 40lbs since. I found some great receipes on this site. I hope I was some help to you.
  4. It is hard. You did it for your health & yourself otherwise you wouldn't have gone thru it all. I have used so many of the lap-band friendly receipes. I am not a cook but, now I am actually enjoying it. I am proud of me as well as you should be proud of yourself. Each day it gets better.
  5. I had the same problem. My surgry was 4/16/12 I started at 213lds. Week before surgry all liquids lost 8lbs. After surgry I gained about 2 lbs, but then I started working out at the gym & home. I have a trainer he makes sure I work it off. Stay focused and you will lose. I weight 193lb. I am so proud of myself. My 1st visit is tuesday the 29th. I am here if u need support. I want to give back what everyone has been helping me.
