You all are going to be great!! I was sleeved Feb 3rd and have lost total of 79lbs! The best thing to do is make a schedule for yourself and stick to it as much as possible! Also I found that for my one cup of veggies, a small salad between 2 and 4 was best for me! My partner made a nice chart with Excel that helped me to ensure I was getting all requirements for the day in! If anyone would like to try it just let me know and I will share!

Greasy fried in, makes for greasy out too (Ewwww) Besides, we had the sleeve to help us not to revert back to eating all the bad things.

I guess by your definition I plateau every week!! (I only weigh on Mondays)
I am not sure what the definition of plateau is, but pretty darn sure it aint 4 days...I have been within 2.0 lbs of the same weight for 6 weeks...and I don't really call it a plateau...more of a "rest stop"

I came across a great quote today that you need to look at whenever you feel frustrated.
There’s a great line in the Desiderata by Max Ehrmann that says: “If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.”
Just enjoy the ride. I hit my goal and thought I couldn't lose more because I plateaued for a month, although I was losing inches. It's inevitable if we consume less and burn more, we will lose weight.

Everybody on this site have talked about plateaus since 3 weeks out. It is normal and while you are in a plateau, you body is adjusting in inches. 4 days is nothing. If you haven't taken any measurements, then this is the time to measure yourself. You have done a great job losing and your body has it's own agenda on weight loss. Trust that the process is happening. CONGRATS! You are a success!

stales are very normal but what I have found is when I am in a stall if I up my protein or my calories I come out of it faster.
