I am a week out and not hungry or craving any food at this point! I am able to get the protien in and water that I need, I am on a full liquid diet and have no desire for anything more than what I already take in. I think the constant intake of water may be helpful, it's as if there is always something in my sleeve. I hope this helps!
I am one week out and can have full liquids, which includes cottage cheese (low-fat). I tried a couple of small bites yesterday. I was up half the night with gas pain! Gas-x was definately my go-to! Gave me refined for a little while, but then right back at it! I wasn't brave enough to try anything today! Back to square one! Now I am scared to try anything, I wish I had waited a little while longer to try it out!! It really wasn't worth it at all!
I have Made daily bags of single packet protien shakes that I am required to have ahead of time. I am hoping that it will help me keep track of how much I consume since it will be somewhat difficult to do while I am at work. Unfortunately I don't have specific times when I can take a break or a lunch. It's getting closer!!!
Just found out that my date is May 15! I am excited and nervous all at the same time!!! I am very worried about the protien shakes and getting all the protien in that I need! Start my 2 week pre-op diet on Monday morning!
