  1. oh man me too,plus 3 kids really takes atoll, belly exercizes a must fo me when im able
  2. im on mushies til tues then its regular food, my dr okd shredded chicken on mushies
  3. i put a lil salt and a tiny bit of butter and a lil milk then put it thru my food processor,sum put half and half or a wedge of laughing cow cheese
  4. next week my grandma is gna make homemade chicken and noodles, so im wonderin if i can eatem.... flou eggs salt is the ingredients and well chicken,lol
  5. tried mashed cauliflower this am and mmmmmm its sooo good and my kids absolutely love it... does it have protein????? if not still good
  6. everyone makes mistakes,if we had will power we wudnt be here, dont beat urself up,alot of ppl r able to eat almost the same as before the surgery tilthey get a fill,ive stumbled too all u can do it try harder i guess,youll get the hang of it,i hate hate not drinking before during or right after my meal it sucks and i struggle with it everytime i eat,i hear it gets easier, good luck and were here for u
  7. yes they gve me liquid zofran,it seemed to help...it hasnt been fun but i know there is silver lining

  12. man i hate hate the no drinking before during or after meals,i think it royally sucks, i struggle to remember that everyday,grrr, anyone hate that?

  14. aww ty for caring ,im doing good nausea is still hitting me often but im getting in water and 2 to 3 protein shakes a day,im excitedly waiting for the day i dont feel sick,lol

  16. today was a good day. i went to the dr and found out i lost 17lbs!!!!!!! i found out i have the large band which holds 14cc,wow i didnt know they made them that big,lol im healing well and get to start solids in 1 week,woohoo go solids, todays been a good day
  17. i am right there with u.. ive lost like 7lbs including preop. its a lil frustrating

  19. idt its feelin stuck because all ive had today is water and a lil bit of yogurt
  20. ive only been banded 9 days am sad to say its not been the best 9 days of my life but i started to feel better was doing real good with purees and all of a sudden today feels like im back at day 1,anyone have that happen? is it always gna b this wishy-washy? 1 day good next feel terrible? the nausea today is kickin my butt bigtime? ideas?
